At Southern Maid Homes we believe incredible service is so important. We offer quick and friendly communication with a splash of Southern Charm. Our Family Owned and Operated business originated from a mama of six who has more than 15 years experience in housekeeping. With compliments as " Your house belongs in a Home Living Magazine" and her attention to detail personality she decided to spread that Southern Charm to other homes around the midlands. Regular cleanings to keep your home tidy, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, moping, and surface cleaning room to room on a schedule basis.

- Hand washing dishes for an additional charge.
- Washing, Drying and Folding a load of laundry for an additional charge.
Deep Cleanings:
This is a thorough cleaning that tackles hard to reach areas ensuring every corner is spot-less. These are areas that are typically missed during regular cleans.
We recommended a deep clean to begin your services. Then usually maintain a weekly or bi weekly clean after.
A move-in / Move-out Clean is a specialized type of cleaning to prepare a property for new occupants or to meet lease requirements after a tenant moves out. It typically involves a deep cleaning of the entire space, including areas often missed in a regular clean, to ensure the property is in a clean and sanitary condition before the new tenant or home owners resides.
Office Cleanings:
Includes dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, emptying trash and cleaning restrooms and breakrooms. It also involves disinfecting high touch areas like door knobs and light switches
